For most jobs, we can schedule within 1–3 working days. If the issue involves active leaking that risks property damage, mention this when you contact us and we will do our best to prioritise the visit.

Just know where your main stop valve is. For cistern or repipe work, clear the area under or around the fixture so the technician can reach it easily. For repipe jobs, we'll walk through the area with you first and agree on access before tools come out.

We stop and explain before proceeding. You'll get a revised quote and can decide whether to continue. No work is done beyond the agreed scope without your say-so.

Parts are sourced from reputable suppliers and carry the manufacturer's own coverage terms, which we'll share with you. For workmanship, if the same fault recurs within 30 days of the repair, we return to assess it at no additional call-out fee.

Yes. We work in landed homes, apartments, and condominium units across Johor Bahru. For strata buildings, we'll work within management's access rules and will not do work that falls under common-area responsibility.

Payment is made upon completion of the job. We accept cash, DuitNow QR, and bank transfer. A simple receipt is provided for all completed work.
